My criticism for quality has more to do with the fact they scratched up newly painted walls and baseboards with the vacuum and hosing. "The service pro was nice enough. Unfortunately, I had to pay around $79 more for the 2nd A/C unit maintenance. This was OK, but didn't appreciate having to clean up the insulation that was knocked out of the attic during inspection and still had to clean debris from under the outside units. Assuming proper maintenance was performed, it was worth the cost. Just wasn't overly impressed."

I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty.
