He arrived on time, and went through all the steps to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they ultimately determined that the cameras were not working. We set a date for an estimate, day of, he showed up on time, walked us through the process, answered all questions and took as much time with myself and my husband as we needed to feel comfortable.
