Comment: I am selling my house and may have to replace the septic tank. It was installed fifty years ago,, along with drains going down the hill of the lawn . I am interersted to learn how much I shoul have to spend to upgrade the system.. Comment: We currently have a septic system that is old and in failure. To prevent back-ups it is pumped out almost monthly.
