"Our family has used Alex for carpet, backsplash in the kitchen and hardwood floor throughout our house. Him and his team were very considerate when it came to prepping the areas they’d be working in. Everything looks great and they worked very hard and got the jobs done in timely manners. They did a good job protecting our kitchen counters and floors from the tile backsplash demo. They also did a really good job cleaning up everything when they were done. Reasonably priced for great work."

"Sales visit was pushy, offering 10% off if I signed that day. I regret giving in. I went with single hung for affordability, but I would have preferred double hung. I wish someone would have told me that I might resent the single hung over time.

Installation was done by one man. He was friendly and capable, but he did run short on time. At the end of the day he asked if he could skip sealing the interior with caulk. He offered to leave caulk for us to finish up ourselves. I allowed this, but found that my caulking skills are not as neat as a professional! I regret this.

He completed the vinyl window wrapping. The product was not vinyl coated metal, but just vinyl, so the wrapping does not have crisp, clean corners. He used clear sylicon caulk on the wrapping. At first the caulking looked nice, but it has collected dirt over time and now looks very messy. He used an abundance of caulk and nails. Over time, I have become dissatisfied with the wrapping.

The insulation that Sears installs with the windows is only fiberglass stuffing. I would prefer foam fill. The windows are good quality, not excellent. I feel that the UV protection coating does add a dark tint. I wish I had known that there are different methods of UV protection and not all involve a dark tint."

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "We did have them come through and do two different jobs.  He was easy to work with and flexible on his time.  He was very trustworthy, we left him the keys to our house so he could get in.  It is a small, self contracted business.  There were a couple of things I thought could have been done a little better but it was not anything that destroyed the job.  The price was good it was very reasonable."
