"I have a Samsung dryer that started squeaking. I initially reached out to Samsung about having a technician come and look at it. After four days of calls that never actually went through and being told that I had to pay $140.00 before they would even schedule a time to come look at my dryer, I went on Angi and found Cincinnati Restaurant and Home Appliance Repair. Not five minutes after sending in a request I received a call with a technician ready and available to come in less than 24 hours. Not only was he cordial and easy to talk to on the phone, he came prepared with parts to get my dryer up and running in no time at all, and the cost was very reasonable. This was some of the best service I have ever received for a home appliance and I will definitely reach out to this company again with any future needs. Don’t waste your time with the big companies, just call Cincinnati Restaurant and Home Appliances Repair."

"The thermistor on dryer was faulty. While he examined it, he found that one of the seals was tearing. The technician asked us if there was any leak we had noticed. We said no. He showed us the damage and asked us if we wanted to get the seal replaced too. We said yes. In addition to the initial service call, the cost of replacing the faulty thermistor + the torn seal came to approximately 280 dollars or so. This was in addition to the approximately 100$ for the initial call. We thought this was to our satisfaction. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

"When I contacted them about a broken dryer they told me there were many refrigerator calls in front of me. They explained this to me and said it may be a few days before they could handle my call but would keep me informed. They also explained that the cost to come and look at the dryer was $49 but if I had the dryer repaired by them that cost would be deducted from the repair cost, They calledl several times with up dates and was able to come on the 3 day. The tech came in and was professional, asked some questions and went to work and found the problem. Explained the cost and said he had the parts on his truck. When he was done he tested the dryer to make sure it worked gave me some tips on maintenance I can do to keep the dryer running. I thought the cost of parts and service was a little on the high side for the amount of time they spent on the service. However, you get what you pay for. The work was done correctly and quickly. I think if they had not had so many refrigerator calls they would have been able to get to my call faster. It was nice to have a company keep you informed on when they will get to your service and not have you just waiting."
