When I realized his mistake and went after him at my neighbor's house, he was apologetic and promptly backed his truck to treat my front and back yard. I would have given a higher review for an honest mistake, but within 12 hours after he left, and no rain, the mosquitoes were as bad as ever. It was his last stop of the day, and I wonder all the solution in the tank had been used up by then. My neighbor was happy for the free service!

"I paid $250 to have a honeybee colony removed without killing them. I talked to Jonathan who was professional and knowledgeable. He assured me that the bee keeper would safely remove the bees and keep them alive and healthy. However, I am not sure this is the case. The workers stuffed the bees into a trash bag. When I put something in a trash bag it is generally thrown away and not kept alive. Unfortunately I could not communicate with the bee keeper and her 2 workers because they did not speak a word of English. Any question I asked had to be translated over the phone, which was very frustrating. In summary, I feel like I was told what I wanted to hear. I’m not sure that you will get what you pay for if you want live removal and relocation. I’d use another bee removal service with more effective communication."
