They wrapped everything up nicely (they were also very handy with their bubble-wrap, even using it as a doorstop when going in and out for easier access), deconstructed furniture with ease, and overall made the job look so easy!"

"Everything was mostly packed and on the first level for them, so they didn't need to do any packing (or unpacking at the new house) and I helped them out with loading and unloading the truck to keep the labor costs down and get everything done in a timely manner. The main guy on the crew knew exactly how to pack everything, was fast and efficient, while the two young kids he had with him were awesome as well. The day of the load went very well without a hitch, but the next day they were going to arrive at 3 pm, but the job they did in the morning ended up being bigger, which was fine, but I had to call multiple times and ask where they were and I was getting times all over the place from them. They finally arrived 3 1/2 hours late, and helped them unload to get it done fast since it was getting dark out... Again, the crew was amazing and efficient, but I wish the company would have had better comms with me and my wife so we weren't sitting in an empty house all day."

"The movers wrapped furniture, padded entrance door, protected floors and moved heavy items very carefully up to 2nd story rooms with no damage to any items. Jeff, the owner, was very professional with good follow up and pricing. Movers arrived early within time frame given. We where able to purchase tape and extra moving supplies directly from them as needed. The actual move time using 2 men was 3hrs. We would definitely use this moving company again should need arise."

"From the moment we called Regency Moving and Storage, we were impressed by the difference in customer service as opposed to another agency we called. The owner of the company came out that very day to review the services of his company and give an estimate for the move. He was articulate, respectful and honest. We were again very pleased with the packing and moving experience. Everyone was pleasant and very hard working. The job was done in a very timely manner. We stored our things for 3 months before moving into our new home. Not one thing was damaged upon receipt of our goods! On moving day Armando and Emilio arrived on time and went right to work. They were very careful to wrap pieces to ensure nothing was damaged. Upon arrival at the new location, they quickly unloaded the truck and asked us where each piece of furniture and each box should be placed. They had everything set up and ready in no time.
