Mark, a Navy veteran, is the owner, and took my call when I inquired about an estimate. Debbie is the interior consultant, and she took her time going over several options and price points. She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. They arrived on time and tidied up at the end of the day. We ran into some minor issues which were easily overcome, and they exceeded my expectations. As advertised, this was a five day job. The remodel turned out much better than what I had envisioned, and I'm extremely happy with my "new" bathroom. "Willard Seals is an expert on exterior painting. He and his crew pay attention to detail and deliver with excellence. My job was to exterior paint my siding and trim repairing as needed. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. It turns out they delivered great value at a very reasonable price. I will use them again."

"Poor quality workmanship. Shower tiles are uneven with jagged edges. Many chipped tiles, holes in grout. Shower head is shorter than my 14 year old son. Grout and caulking mess left everywhere with no cleanup. Wall texture by the shower is ruined due to over-caulking. Now they are refusing to come back to do it right. I will never use Home Depot or Statewide for remodeling again. No pride in workmanship, no responsibility, lies, just take your money and run. Shameful."
