I had a small roof job that needed to be done, so figured I would be looking at a crappy roof for the summer, since roofing season is already beginning. Mike came out on Monday, looked at the job and also determined it to be a small job. So small that he could have his crew out here Tuesday, the VERY next day to do the work. He required no money up front and took my check as payment after the job was complete and I was satisfied! I would definitely hire him again, heaven forbid I need to, but I was very happy with his promptness and his crews work."

When we were getting quotes, when we met with Zach Becker of Stellar Roofing, he explained every aspect of the job. Did an excellent job of recommending his products. Austin from Oâ Connor Contracting was so easy to work with for scheduling and once he came and found 3 layers of shingles, tin roof, subpar decking, and a missing joist, he and his team was still able to remove the chimney and redo the roofing in under 2days. Austin was amazing at communicating during the entire project: since I was at work most of the time, he sent many photos and updates so I was very comfortable with the obviously bigger-than-expected project. "We received quotes from four different contractors. Most of the quotes were in the same price range. However, we chose MP Roofing and Siding because of Mikeâ s knowledge about siding products, his enthusiasm, and because he took the time to understand our ideas for the house. His work team was here at 8 AM every morning and worked fast and efficiently until the siding, window trim, porch ceilings, shutters and gutters were finished. They replaced the storm doors and Mike installed new light fixtures on the porches. There were a few places on the house (itâ s over 100 years old) that didnâ t require siding but looked bad, such as the kick plates under the door. They replaced those and a few other areas to give the house a completely made over, refinished look. Mike constantly checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. He monitored the work every day. I would always get an immediate response if I texted him. Mike is friendly and enthusiastic, but at the same time very serious about making sure that our house looked spectacular! The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. You'd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural.
