"Franklins crew arrived as schelduled and after inspeccting the pipes and septic system, determined it was NOT the main drain but merely a busted tub drain that had been damaged during a recent remodel. While there they replaced a p-trap, jetted the lines, emptied the septic tank and replaced the busted pipe. Their crew was AMAZING! They knew exactly what they were doing and didn't go out of their way to break the bank. The work was done in a timely manner and I was notified about each repair or procedure in real time via text or photos or call. I was in utter shock that I had been so bamboozled by such a trusted big name national plumber on my 1st estimate and will NEVER use another Septic Specialist/ Plumber unless it is Franklin's. Twice the work for less than half the original estimate and the work was honest and superior. I could not wait to write this review! It is so rare especially as a woman, to find honest contractors. I would highly recommend this company for all your septic and plumbing. There's a certain peace of mind that comes with knowing a company comes with good marks. "Keith King with Lake Country Irrigation solved our irrigation problems that many before him have tried and failed. One man literally walked off the job at one point and never came back. Keith returned my call promptly. Came out the next day... actually showed up which seems to be a rarity these days. Then came out a day early and solved our problem after spending most of the day working on it. Admittedly it was a tricky job. We were told by two different companies we had to replace our entire system, something that would cost thousands of dollars, but that was not the case. Keith was honest and extremely efficient. I highly recommend him for any of your irrigation needs."

Tom was knowledgeable and quickly determined the cause of the problem, replaced the part and checked to ensure the rest of the system worked. All I had to pay was the $65 per the Choice warranty. "I had Mr. Howell remove my old fescue lawn that was overgrown by weeds. He got the property to bare dirt and installed an irrigation system that I can work off my phone. He then laid 15 pallets of emerald zoysia sod. It turned out amazing and everything he promised was completed. I would definitely recommend!"
