"His business card provides the name ‘Fast Eddie’, but he is more than ‘fast’. I think that he is the best Bosch appliance repairman that I have ever dealt with. I called, out of the blue, and described my problem with our Bosch SHE55 dish washer. The door handle had broken and I thought that I could buy a new plastic control panel cover and install a new door latch, thinking that it had hung up and caused us to exert more pulling than the plastic panel would take. I had bought the parts at Ross Appliance and had done my best to get them installed correctly. But, to no avail, there were several problems with my installation, including my lack of understanding of the impact of the ‘child lock’ on the washer’s wash cycle. Finally, in frustration I called Daily Home Solutions and got Fast Eddie, I explained my problem, he quoted me a fixed price and told me he could be at my home in an hour. He showed up, as promised, and proceeded to work systematically through the series of, unknown to me, problems that were embedded in my attempt at the repair, eliminating each one as it appeared in his diagnostic repair sequence. This man knows Bosch dish washers very well, has a systematic approach to finding and solving their operational problems, has the patience and concentration to stick with the problem search until all have been revealed and attended to. "Overall was excellent. The owner, Doug was very informative and very cooperative. There was a mix-up on the date for the estimate but he was very apologetic. They did not arrive quite at the time that was scheduled but it was within an hour and was not a problem. The plumber, Mark who replaced the toilets and vanity was very efficient, hard-working, friendly and very polite. I was impressed with his professionalism.  Doug and another plumber (I did not get his name) removed the old water heater and installed the new one. They were also efficient, professional and friendly. They discarded all items that they replaced and cleaned up thoroughly. As I said to Mark, it looked as though no one had been working in both bathrooms because they were immaculate. I found them on Angie's list and used them because of their rating. I will used them again and found them to be exceptional.

"Shortly after purchasing our home, we discovered water damage in the room beneath our small third-floor roof deck, and the roof started leaking badly inside, creating a large hole in the ceiling. Home warranty didn't cover it b/c it was pre-existing and the home inspector didn't catch it. Turns out the person who renovated our home prior to our purchasing it put down incorrect roof tiles beneath the roof, without an angle or space for water to leave the area, creating a pile up of debris between the roof and the deck. The only way to fix it was to tear down the deck, remove the roof tiles and put down the correct rolling tiles.
Chris and his crew at Home Crafters came in and tore down the existing wooden roof deck, removed the old tiles and rotten woodwork, and put down the proper tiles, fixing the leak. Not only were they professional and kind to us, but they were extremely patient with inquisitive neighbors who stopped by to ask questions. They also had to use our neighbor's parking pad in order to access our roof, and they quickly eased their nerves, putting down a huge tarp over their entire area and cleaned up every day after they were finished working.
The entire process took less than three days, and we were able to hire a drywall contractor to fix the interior water damage a few days after they were finished. It has now been three months, and the roof has held up without any problems.
We've been in touch with them ever since, hoping to sign Chris and company up to build us a new deck where the old one is, b/c we trust their professionalism and know they would be able to do a great job. Once that happens, I'll be sure to place another review. A little slow in returning messages, but highly recommended and worth the wait.

"Bob was very prompt to respond to an emergency plumbing need I had with my tenant's toilet being clogged & water leaking into first floor apt. bathroom. 
 
He took care of clogged toilet by pulling toilet & snaking out stack and Tenants were able to use immediately.
 Unfortunately he found a more involved issue with the flange being broken & corroded.  He explained what would be involved in repairing this & was able to come back next morning to complete the recommended service in a matter of a couple hours.
He was also very proactive & addressed some other "nagging" plumbing issues I had been putting off. He addressed slow a draining tub in 1st floor apt. by replacing some very old cast iron piping with ABS piping. And a low water pressure issue by replacing old galvanized hot water line with new copper line. And lastly he addressed a leaky hot water tank in basement by cleaning out the valve.
I felt the cost was a bit high, but I was very pleased with the quality & comprehensiveness of his service.
