"Got to my place later than expected because they were stuck on another job which is understandable. Did not finish my job until after 12:00 am in the morning. My job took longer than anticipated. I was given one price at the beginning and that's what we anticipated paying because I am on a budget. After the job was finished we were handed a bill that was much more than what was quoted. I was a very upset about that. I know that it took longer and they had to go back and forth to the truck to get supplies, the only thing is I wish I was informed of this during the job so I would know what to do. What if we didn't have the money? Anyway the job was done good and we are pleased with the outcome. So far our sink is working properly and good. We had a double sink installed, the faucet and we have a water omosis machine that had to get hooked up, so it did take a lot of time because piping had to be changed from a single sink to a double. I would recommend this company."

"Work performed...Replaced fill-valve and flapper in one toilet. Replaced old 1-1/2" sink trap and sink popup in another bathroom. Purged air at end of line from main zone hot water heating lines. Installed new expansion tank on domestic cold water line that solved a problem with air in the lines that no one else in four years was able to solve. Replaced handle on old toilet. Replaced back-flow double check valve in master water meter pit that required custom fit bushings. I dealt with Nancy, Jay and Rich. The company was responsive at all times. They showed up on time. They were pleasant to work with. They stayed all day plus 3 hours the following day to complete job. All work was done in a professional manner. No complaints and very satisfied with the level of their expertise."

"We were on a rush schedule to begin showing our parents's house for sale this summer and the last few items to be fixed had to be done quickly. Anthony arrived on time to review the job and provide consultation. He gave us a flat rate price and then a nice senior citizen discount from an Angie's List coupon from his page - which we accepted his reasonable rate and told him to start work immediately. After looking at the parts he needed based on the materials we had on hand, left the house briefly to buy those parts. The work included plumbing under the sink was updated and adjusted to provide more storage space, kitchen faucet and spray installed on the new countertop, gas line hookup to the stove and dishwasher water and waste lines hooked up. Then he proceeded to the bathroom to install the new vanity and hooked up the water and plumbing lines. Job was clean and tight. Nothing leaks and it seemed the water pressure improved after all the new plumbing fixtures were hooked up."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"I had a broken sewer line. Hired All City Water and Sewer. Val came and explained the work entailed for a line repair and to install a new sewer line. No hard-sell to replace the whole line (unlike other sewer co.s). He gave me a price quote for both the repair and the replacement. I found Val to be knowledgeable & relaxed, and felt confident in All City's ability to do a good job. There were problems with my sewer over the years so I decided to replace it. All City crew showed up as scheduled, were pleasant & polite, kept me informed of when the water would be turned off and back on. Very organized.
