He came by today to pick up his ladder and saw me struggling to put Banners up. I was literally crying before he showed up because my husband did all this and I just couldn't figure it out. Well he insisted on putting up the banners and then flipped a switch on brick around the landscaping and all these lights started twinkling. It was so beautiful. This kind gentleman wouldn't accept any extra money for helping. Needless to say I went from a sobbing widow to a giddy grandmother excited to show my grandkids. Thin set was left in several areas; they cleaned some of it, but I still had to do additional cleanup afterward. They also didn?t bring their own ladders, and parts of the paint job appeared rushed. Paint got on the new recessed lighting fixtures, and the cabinets were not protected as requested. Based on this experience, I would not hire them again. "
