"Great. We had a consultation and described our vision for what we wanted (more color, something to make the back yard look less empty). We also had a few specific little problems like straightening our juniper that got knocked askew during Harvey. Alvin provided us with a detailed estimate. It did not have pictures but for me it was descriptive enough so that pictures were not needed. When we approved the estimate, Universal came in soon thereafter and completed the work in two days (including throwing in the little extras like our juniper situation). They also had someone check and adjust our sprinklers to make sure the new plants will get the water they need. The landscaping looks so good. We previously had a few rocks around our front flower beds; they brought in a lot more to line and raise the beds (which makes them look so much nicer), and added mulch as well as new plants. They also used our existing plants that still had life to them (they got rid of the dying ones per our request) and transplanted some of them to other areas in the yard. They installed a new flower bed behind the pool. Per our request, they planted some plants along the fence line to dress it up a little without obstructing the view behind our fence. They chose dwarf crepe myrtles, which I am excited about as a crepe myrtle fan. I can't stop wandering around my yard admiring everything. Of course, some of the plants (like the new dwarf crepe myrtles) are new and small, and will grow out over time, so I know it will look even better in the future. We are very happy, 100% satisfied."

"Before I chose Clemente and Master Landscaping & Irrigation Services to re-landscape my front yard, I naturally checked out his reviews. His reviews were excellent, and now I know why! Clemente always showed up when he said he would, and if he was going to be late, he would text me and let me know! We discussed colors of plantings, the name of plants and how to care for them. He drew a rendering of what the landscape would look like (to scale), which was very helpful. He made sure all of my sprinklers were properly set to water the recently planted landscaping. He did exactly what he said he would do and when a particular plant that he was going to purchase for me didn't look healthy when he was going to buy it, he would call me and suggest an alternative! Clemente is very professional, very meticulous about his plantings (which I love), and he takes great pride in his work. He knows his plants and how to take care of them. I received another quote from another landscaper and that person could have cared less about potentially doing work for me. He did not seem interested in or knowledgeable about landscaping. For this reason, and because of Clemente's expertise, I chose Clemente and Master Landscaping & Irrigation Services. "Randy is a perfectionist. His work on my landscaping project was first class. He went way beyond my expectations. He provided great ideas for the landscaping. He took a lot of time to help me choose the best plants and shrubs. He is very knowledgeable about plants in general and also knows what is available locally. Randy and his guys were punctual and worked long and hard on the installation. Randy worked alongside his guys and, after his men had finished their part, he did a lot of work on his own to finish things off. He is very much hands-on, which I like. He took significant time discussing with me the exact placement of every single plant and shrub. At the very end, he even dug up and replanted one shrub because he wanted its prettiest side to face in a different direction, so we could get more enjoyment from it. That is how detailed he gets, that he does not just put a plant in the ground but also insists on placing it in the best orientation. His attention to detail was noticeable at every step. He is not content with just doing an acceptable job. He wants it to be as good as he can possibly make it. He spent far more hours on my project than I was expecting for the price. As well as doing the new landscaping, he weeded, tidied up, pruned and adjusted other beds, and also trimmed a palm tree, all to a very high standard. At the end, every scrap of debris was removed. My front yard has never looked so good. I plan to have Randy back for regular maintenance and would without hesitation use him on future landscaping projects. I am quite hard to please, but this was, in my opinion, an exceptional example of professionalism."
