"I was overcharged on my project to scalp, remove dead shrubs and clean back yard (turf) and patio. They charge $150 per hour , team of 3 workers. Did a great job and the owner was very professional; however, when I received my invoice, it was for 3 hours more than time spent on the job! They charged for the hour they were at lunch and time to go to the landfill to dump which we were not quoted! I spoke with Judd and he did correct the invoice and apologized 3 times. Just disappointed it happened to begin with! I felt like he should have made certain of the time before he invoiced me! Felt like I was taken advantage of!"

"The Basement Kings finished their LARGE job this morning, and I can’t praise them enough! They had a long, difficult job, but no complaints. When they discovered a problem, they fixed it. No problem, that’s their job. They found the water problem had a lot to do with drainage, so they worked outside in cold & rain & developed a system to carry water away from the house. That, to me, was over & above, but they said their main objective was to get & keep the basement dry, so they did what they had to do with no complaints. Now you can’t ask for better than that - they give their all! I am totally amazed!!"

In addition to the driveway I requested a new walkway from the back gate to the patio. The work was completed in a timely manner. Once the Project was completed a staff member came out to review the completed work and addressed any concerns that I had. I am satisfied with the work that was completed and the cost."
