As we suspected, the lock was shot but Lawrence was able to replace it with newer version of the exact same Yale lock! "Very happy with Beiztell.  They provide a quote promptly after contact and stuck to it. They were in and out in one day to remove the old fence and replace with the hew fence.  When I arrived home I would never have known there were workers in my yard - they cleaned up so well, and didn't make a mess of the grass. The fence looks fabulous - time will tell if the wood wears well, but it is treated pine and looks good.The pool pump fence was a last minute addition to the job and they did a great job as they had to work around plumbing and electrical and slopes. During the installation they kept my husband informed and made to sure to ask questions if there were any doubts positioning, etc. Overall we are really happy with the work and with the people at Beiztell.  Everyone was professional and polite.
