While my chair could not be repaired he was extremley professional and HONEST about what he would have to do. I appreciated that honesty and would defininetly recommend him. He also was very prompt and accessible.

I haven't yet seen the finished piece. I was very pleased with how quickly my communication was replied to by Phil Mann and am looking forward to hearing from him so I can pick up the repaired item.
