Bob was great. He made it clear that paying him to fix our refrigerator was most likely a waste of money and showed us how to find a good refurbished unit even though it would not help him.

Bob is terrific--fast, capable, friendly and worth every cent I paid him., I have had many handymen work for me if the past, but none has been as fantastic as Bob. He did everything well and he did jobs other handymen could not do....
