It took 2 weeks to get my rug back, but they were very reasonably priced. They just have a lot of work and get backed up apparently. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received.

They cleaned a rug offsite, and cleaned steps and basement. Both projects were done with excellence. They managed to remove some stubborn stains and pet smells that had been there for years!
