There was a very complex project; many items. Two plumber came out and got most of them done.
The owner comes out initially, he was not the one who did the work so I suspect something may have been lost in traslation.
Very competent...

As for my experience, they had the best explanation of their course of action regarding the problem and it proved true as they resolved it.
