I dislike most everything about home advisors, you have some very incompetent people . This company was my only good experience with home advisors. I hired them DESPITE the association with home advisors.

The customer service is great. Very cordial and willing to help. He was very patient with us, as he first arrived we had accidentally locked ourselves out of the house (new home owners). My only complaint is the smell in the carpets...
