Mark, the technician was great. Explained what the problem was. Unfortunately, someone from Shumate dispatch told him that someone was on site. Shumate failed to notify owner that the Tech was on his way. The tech ended up waiting...

He was very polite and humorous. He changed my thermostat, fixed connection and put in Freon to get my heat working again.
