The work was completed in one day, the workers were pleasant and the company went above and beyond. The job was explained to me and all of my questions were answered.

Abe was able to come out the same day I requested a quote. He explained the benefits of the Certainteed product and the process very clearly. He also helped with a financing option. He gave me a fair price and my roof annd gutter install was done about 2 weeks later. Adam was my project manager the day of the install. The team was professional and Adam did a thorough job of explaining the issues they found (which were somewhat expected given the age of the house and roof). The roof and gutters look beautiful and they left the job site very clean. They also replaced an old leaking skylight and gave me a good price on that as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Great company to do business with! I called Abe for a consultation, he explained roofing 101 very thoroughly. That said, we were able to go into a contract that day, and my roof was completed within a week or so. He shows up with a small army and they get right to it and don't stop till the job is done. Abe is also very transparent with the progress throughout the day and points out other issues that get exposed once you start removing shingles. It was a pleasure to do business with Universal and I highly recommend them. I also appreciate the 50 year product warranty, and the 25 year workmanship warranty.

This company did a five star job on my roof Benny and Abe were very nice guys and they were here most of the job for the money to it was well worth it I did every roof on my property and they came out beautiful so if anybodyâ  s looking for a new roof the company to call as far as quality customer service and value of money this is the company to call universal roofing solutions I am very happy with them .thank you Charlie

From initial review for estimate, Adam was superb in educating me and answering all of my questions. More importantly, treated me with utmost respect as a woman engaging this project. I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business!
