My Deck looks amazing and they listened to me when I asked them to make sure they follow my desired method: 1. Prep the deck by pressure washing, cleaning and sanding then letting it dry. 2. Knock in or replace any old worn out boards. 3. Apply cedar stain on the deck floor, chocolate stain on the railing and cedar stain on the top boards of the railing. 4. Prime and stain railing post caps with copper tops. 5. Apply all this different stain tones in two coats. They followed my direction and worked very hard. I am very happy with the end result and I am sure the deck will look good for many years. Price was more than reasonable and I didn't mind paying extra because it was not easy to remove the old layers of paint called Restore. They also replace some worn outs window frames peices and front door portico railing and finished them with priming and painting with excellent result. I am very happy with everything they did. The owner, Alex is very conscientious about customer satisfaction and he was always there early morning with his staff."

Provided an estimate for service - rebuild from roof flashing up, repointing masonry, repairing mortar joints by replacing anything that’s deteriorated with new mortar. replaced the chimney crown and created a drip edge, installed stainless steel chimney pipe, cleaned and inspected the chimney, spot replaced spalling bricks on the chimney, power washed and sealed/waterproofed the chimney. Cleaned up work area thoroughly and provided photographs of chimney repair work before and after. Throughout the process, Chuck kept me informed daily on the progress and any issues he had found. I say this because he was the one among dozens of HVAC service providers who answered the call late last Tuesday night when our AC decided to go on strike on the eve of a day slated for a triple-digit heat index. Matt arrived at our house at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning after having completed a job 40 minutes away. He performed a thorough cleaning on the unit, replaced a weak capacitor, and charged it up with coolant, and voila - our aging system was running like a dream and bringing the house down from a temp in the low 80s to a much more livable temp in the low 70s in short order. "Best Chimney Services LLC installed a stainless-steel flue liner and a cap/damper at the top of the chimney. The finished product, from the cap/damper at the top of the chimney, down the liner in the chimney to the firebox at the bottom is picture perfect. Even the concrete crown was perfectly molded with no concrete mess anywhere. Chris Hernandez and his helper arrived on time and got right to work, putting a big tarp on the hearth and surrounding floor and plastic over nearby furniture. Tarps were also spread on the roof. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, including vacuuming the area around the fireplace. Chris has a number of certifications regarding all aspects of fireplaces, flues, caps, dampers, etc. and can explain in understandable terms why things are done a certain way. He and his helper certainly know what they are doing and have obviously had experience doing it. A week or so before the actual work, a thorough inspection was done . . ."
