They don't always get every nook and cranny, but most times they do an extra good job in one area. This last time it was the under-counter edges of the kitchen floor. I also love their bright smiles and friendly attitude. As to dependability, I get a text a day or 2 ahead saying just when they'll arrive within our agreed window of time. "They were easy to schedule - despite many changes to the schedule by me. They arrived on time. Despite the pouring rain, they inspected the chimney. Took pictures. Explained what they found. Left an estimate for repairs. Inside, they swept/cleaned the fireplace. Fireplace is now so clean I don't want to use it. They checked the furnace. From the entry point of the house to the fireplace, they put protective covers on the floor to keep the floors free from dirt (from the chimney cleaning) and water from the outside (rain). Overall, they are a five star operation!"

"The young man Justin Bre'vard, who works for this company was on time, professional, quick, and have excellent customer service skills. The job was initially for a deep cleaning of my vents, but he discovered that I had mold in three vents and immediately explained what mold was, risk it can cause with your health, and the damage it can cause in homes. He explained what he can do to solve the problem, gave me a good estimate, and offered me a 5 years warranty that includes a non service charge for maintenance every 6 months. After cleaning and removing the mold, he sprayed an organic freshener in the vents and my home smells amazing. I am happy with the service and look forward to doing business with Unique Airduct company and with Mr. Bre'vard in the future. Thanks for your services"
