"The ladies at Seven Cities were the latest maid service Iâ ve hired in the last few years. I was very ill recently and my housework just fell by the roadside as I tried to recover. Worse, I needed a full disinfection as Iâ d had a severe infection. First, the contact with the owner was so heartwarmingly positive that I knew I had to hire them. The price she quoted me for doing the normal services (cleaning, dusting, etc.) plus some things I needed done was perfectly within my budget. Second, the owner came on the day I requested, was prompt, and brought some help with her (who was wonderful on her own). Next, they cleaned and they cleaned and they scrubbed and they shined. No dirty surface was safe. If you think of them as assassins of grime and dust you are not too far off. Not everything was done â there was a lot! But they arranged another day to come back and finish for me. You canâ t get that kind of service anymore. I decided right then to find the money to have a monthly cleaning by them. I think the part I liked the most was the lack of judgement on their part. My space was dirty and I was so embarrassed, not once did I feel judged by them. Not once. Also, the owner is a great conversationalist and she happily chatted as she worked her butt off. Seven Cities is small, but growing and their reputation is only going to grow with them. I highly recommend them. You should call them now in fact. Did you call them? Call them. Iâ ll wait. Did you do it now? Go do it. The peace of mind an organized and cleaned home will bring you is worth it."

Provided an estimate for service - rebuild from roof flashing up, repointing masonry, repairing mortar joints by replacing anything that’s deteriorated with new mortar. replaced the chimney crown and created a drip edge, installed stainless steel chimney pipe, cleaned and inspected the chimney, spot replaced spalling bricks on the chimney, power washed and sealed/waterproofed the chimney. Cleaned up work area thoroughly and provided photographs of chimney repair work before and after. Throughout the process, Chuck kept me informed daily on the progress and any issues he had found.
