"Given the experience with the roof repair (reviewed herein), I contacted Abalia for help in completing a project I had started: screening in the open front porch to our log cabin. As the entire cabin is constructed of cedar logs, no straight edges, walls, etc. Screening in openings was straight forward (I did most of this), but the porch needed to be segmented (screened-in area, open area) requiring a wall and door to be constructed. Khaled arrived with all the necessary tools (which I did not have), and in short order (4 hours) had constructed the porch divider wall. Very happy with the end product, as we just completed our first warm season with no bugs on the porch!"

"Mike saved us when we were selling our house and the clock was ticking toward closing. Four years earlier, we had finished our basement. We came to find our during P&S that the contractor had never closed out the permit. Long story short... codes had changed and a fan to pull in outside air was required to ensure there was enough makeup air for the boiler and water heater. Mike worked at least six hours in 90+ degree temps to install the fan. Add in the fact that the plumbing inspector identified a few other things that a previous plumber had missed. Mike took care of those as well. Mike's prices have always been very reasonable and this time was no exception. Plus, I have never heard "I'm too busy" like you get from some other plumbers. "Gio an Darren were assigned to install a new boiler and hot water unit. I was very happy with the level of professionalism of the service techs. Gio and Darren were very knowledgeable and were able to remove and replace a very old boiler and install the new system. The whole process did take longer that we expected, but I did not feel this was due to the technicians. I was very happy with the installation. They kept me informed as they worked and the basement was cleaned up before they left each day. They were here for very long days and they worked hard at all times. Dom was assigned to resolve an issue after we had a new boiler installed but had a problem with one of the radiators not getting proper heat. He was very professional and friendly. He understood the problem and was able to resolve it very quickly. He was very careful and neat in the house as he went about the work. He explained what he did and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I was very pleased with the service call."

"Victor is incredibly reliable person. I live in an old house and the wiring for the newer technology thermostats is not up to date, and I couldnâ t install them myself. I hired Victor to do the job based on reviews left by his prior customers. He made changes to my oil boilerâ s wiring to make it compatible with the Ecobee 3 and Google Nest thermostat. He installed thermostats on two floors, set them up and helped me with understanding how to navigate them if I need to make changes it schedules, etc. Based on the extremely positive experience with thermostats , I hired Victor to install a switch for my Internet to have it hardwired on the upper floor, He has done excellent job. On top of his skills, Victor is a very polite, and personable electrician. Oh, and he is not charging for showing up to evaluate the job, and giving you an estimate!!!"

"My job was fairly complex, which is why I went directly to Heritage - I wanted to retrofit a trailer with a forced hot water heating system (replacing a hot air furnace). It required a finding a boiler from one specific manufacturer, adding the hot water baseboards throughout the trailer, and dealing with installing pipes in an uninsulated crawl space. Tyler, Mike and Dan were professional, courteous, did what they said they were going to do, explained all the new features, left the house spotless.
