He installed crown moldings and picture frames in the foyer, crown moldings in upstairs hallway, media room and masterâ s bedroom and a coffered ceiling in the family room. He is very caring, punctual, professional and delivers an excellent service with a smile. He removes all furniture and pictures from the work area and covers them. He covers the floors to protect them from any dust or paint. They work very neatly and clean, pays attention to detail and is very meticulous. All furniture are put back in place when the work is complete. He shares his ideas and make recommendations for design and choice of material to get best results for my project. "I had a cheaply done vinyl tile click-together floor put in my kitchen as a rush job when i bought my 1960s house a couple of years ago by some local random handy man types. Hated it. The tiles came apart open seams everywhere. Awful. Decided I wanted to replace it, so I selected Empire. Sales rep came out the next day with samples and was very upfront. Not the cheapest option out there, but you're getting a quality product and excellent service and installation. Initial quote to do just the kitchen was crazy high in my opinion, but after a couple of phone calls and accepting my counter offer, we came up with what I thought was a fair enough price. Scheduled the install for a few days later, even though Empire could have come out the next day if I wanted. Installer called me over an hour in advance to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived exactly on time. Quick walk through of the kitchen, talked through removal of furniture and appliances, and had me look at the flooring to make sure it was what I had selected. Install took about 5.5 hours for two men. Moved all my furniture and appliances out, pulled up the old tiles, showed me what they needed to do to prep the sub floor, laid the floor, replaced all the trim, moved furniture and appliances back, and then cleaned up and removed all debris to be hauled away. Very pleased with the end result and looks so much better than the kitchen floor I had before. Highly recommended!"

"We had Fred to paint our kitchen cabinets, entire interior of our house and exterior trims. We also replaced all gutters and repaired some rot woods during that process. Fred removed our gas fireplace and replaced with electric. He also poured concrete walkway. He removed carpet from our stairway and installed oak wood and stained it. He was punctual and very easy to work with. He finished the project on time, and we are very happy with the works he done for us. We strongly recommend Fred and use him for our future projects."

"This company did a great job. From the moment I made the request, they kept in touch daily, came out quickly, and finished the job a day early. Everyone from the person that scheduled the appointment to the owner and contractors, all so nice, easy to work with. I was told it is a family-owned business and I confirmed that. I had to have tile and grout removed, water damage. They made my floors perfect and even. They went above and beyond by clearing out old sticky glue that was under the flooring. I can tell you for certain, they do take pride in their work. I would DEFINITELY hire them again without a doubt.
