"I recently hired Modern Exchange for a patio repair project and I couldnâ  t be more satisfied with their work. Our patio was in a dire state, with roots growing underneath and lifting the pavers. "We were in desperate need of a new front porch. Looking at our house from the street, you wouldn't have even wanted to come up the steps and knock on our door for fear of it collapsing. Tanner came out initially and he figured out a way to not only update and fix it, but to keep some of the beams and framing material from the original. This saved my wife and I a lot of money. "HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"The project involved crawling around in a 3 foot wetland crawlspace trenching and installing a new sump pump under a 2183 square foot custom built house. The work was completed by hand using shovels, garden hoes, and rakes. The crew was professional, always on time and provided daily pictures to show progress. It was a muddy job but they brought material to protect my floors and carpet as the crawlspace entry was in my walk-in closet. The final result is a drainage system that the builder should have installed when the house was built in 2019. David and Will did an excellent job of measuring and ensuring that they had the correct amount of materials needed to complete the task. Sump Pump Geeks was the only company that returned my call in a timely manner and showed up ready to work. I highly recommend their services to anyone needing crawlspace drainage or sump pump repair."

"I am so impressed by the work they did on our driveway! The asphalt was crumbling in one area at the end of our driveway, I thought the would just patch it but they actually cut out an area all the way around the end of the drive so they could remove all the bad asphalt and make it deeper so it won't fall apart in the future. They also feathered it into the drive edge so there won't be a drop anymore. I absolutely love it! They were very quick to respond when I reached out to them and came out as soon as the weather permited. I would highly recommend them."

"The electrician that came to evaluate and determine what was needed for the project was exceptional. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together. Outside of his knowledge and, as I discovered, his skills, what I liked about Scott was that he didnâ t try to up sell me any additional items, he asked what else I might need, like any plumbing service he could provide. Like many other homeowners, I am always leery about contractors trying to up sell projects. The end result of Connor and his crew, Scott and Ryan, was a very happy customer.
