They carefully planned and convinced the best way to integrate our existing HVAC with an additional mimi-split and some additional ducting to maximize our heating and cooling of an additional 1300+ square feet of living space. Guys did a great job and now I use them for my yearly HVAC check-up service. Easy to work with, straight up front and quality you can trust."

I had an issue with the AC compressor which turned into a larger issue as they diagnosed the problem. Without the parts on hand they had to return the next day. And return they did. On time and with parts in hand they completed the job quickly and at one heck of a fair price. I found my HVAC company for future installs and repairs. "Fantastic experience. Griff (HVAC technician) was extremely helpful - both in explaining the issue/my options, and fixing our non-functioning central a/c in a timely, cost-sensitive manner. I really appreciate his honesty, as he took the approach of "what would I do if this was my home" rather than fixating on making a big-ticket sale. That ethical approach isn't taken by everyone out there, and I think it has made me a loyal fan of his work and Easy Air + Heat + Plumbing as a company. Note: they do encourage you to become a "service member" at a rate of $10/month, in order to remove the dispatch fee ($79) and get some extra free maintenance checks each year. That service membership also gets you about a 10% deduction on parts and labor... so keep that in mind if you're thinking about a high-ticket job."

"Over the Labor Day weekend in 2018, our ten year old Heil heat pump system died on us. Our HVAC vendor at the time said we had a leak in the coil and the coil needed replacing. They added coolant and the system worked for about 24 hours before dieing again. The repair cost us about $200. Our Heil heat pump had been a constant problem with many service calls, even though the unit was well maintained. My wife and I decided to replace the whole HVAC heat pump system with the best system we could afford. On Labor Day Monday I used Home Advisor to find a company with great reviews and discovered Energy Sharks in Simpsonville, South Carolina. I was amazed when Phil answered my phone call on Labor Day. He was professional and very helpful. He came to the house on Tuesday and inspected our current system. He told us the Heil system was too big for our townhouse, the return duct work was not correct, and there was a safety hazard because the breaker on the heat pump was too large. We talked over his suggestions and decided to invest in a top of the line York system. On Wednesday his crew showed up about midday to start the installation. A second crew also came over a little later to help. In about two hours they had the new heat pump installed and running. My wife and I have been so impressed with Phil and his crews. The new York system is smaller than the old unit but it puts out more cooling and heat, moves more air, has a larger air filter, includes a variable speed fan, and is much cheaper to operate. Phil helped us get two rebates too. (We are still waiting on the Duke Energy rebate but I am sure it will come soon.) We have a second property that will need a HVAC system soon, and we will be calling Phil and Energy Sharks to take care of it for us. We highly recommend Energy Sharks."
