Went above and beyond in not only fixing what I called him out for, but helped me locate the water shutoff, besides turning off at the meter as I was doing. Reasonably priced, kept area neat as he was working. Gave a explanation of what he found and options to handle it. Cleaned up after himself and has a very personable approach. I felt like he was giving me the same treatment he would give to his father! I look forward to working with Passman plumbing again, as I do some remodeling and will use him for the future project."
