"We appreciated the quality work, the communication, cleanliness, and just overall professionalism. Itâ s not easy to keep everyone communicating to get a bathroom project done in a timely manner and Rezende General Construction did exactly that. Thank you for a job well done."

"I was very satisfied with the overall experience beginning with getting an (affordable) estimate and ending with a freshly painted room that I absolutely love! I appreciate that they listened to what I was asking for, and they made renovating my living space easy."

"A little late here. Bruno made a purchase from my business and I helped him with the install. I was impressed with him as a person and hired him and his crew to do some remodeling at my shop. My wife and I then decided it was finally time to do our kitchen and we now had our contractor. This was early/mid 2021 during the nightmare disruptions in supply chain. Bruno came over and completely designed the renovation of our 1940â s kitchen. He immediately got us in touch with cabinet, counter and appliance suppliers and everything came together seamlessly. The process was incredibly coordinated and organized as this was a major project, we even added a few other projects along the way without any wrinkles. The room completely gutted to the studs and expanded so it was a major project. The quality of work and professionalism still amazes me 2 years later and I still walk into our kitchen 2 years later and itâ s still breathtaking. This is an award winning project that is magazine worthy. Finally, at the end of each day when they leave they leave your area so clean you wouldnâ t even know that they were their working hard all day."

"I highly recommend Tony Davis and his company, Time Perfected Construction. He built four great decks at our Beacon Hill, Boston condo buildings in early 2016 and then did a super job renovating our condo in May 2016 when he redid a kitchen and bathroom, painted all walls and ceilings, installed new recessed lighting, refinished the parquet floor, and attended to many other small items. I was impressed by the quality of his work, attention to detail, attractive pricing, and a pleasant attitude. Not only did he guide us to low cost, high quality vendors but even personally accompanied us to many, providing assistance in selections of floor tile, kitchen cabinets and countertop, plumbing fixtures, a bathroom vanity, light fixtures and many other choices he supported. Although other contractors quoted 2-3 months to complete, Tony promised and completed the job in only four weeks."

"He did more than expected, he took care of the prep work. He was the most budget friendly of the estimates I received. Once he started he did not stop and do other work elsewhere. We had a little bit of a language barrier, but we did fine writing instructions and expectations. I have more work for him here and will be reaching out to him shortly."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
