"The project involved crawling around in a 3 foot wetland crawlspace trenching and installing a new sump pump under a 2183 square foot custom built house. The work was completed by hand using shovels, garden hoes, and rakes. The crew was professional, always on time and provided daily pictures to show progress. It was a muddy job but they brought material to protect my floors and carpet as the crawlspace entry was in my walk-in closet. The final result is a drainage system that the builder should have installed when the house was built in 2019. David and Will did an excellent job of measuring and ensuring that they had the correct amount of materials needed to complete the task. Sump Pump Geeks was the only company that returned my call in a timely manner and showed up ready to work. I had to have them come out and remove it so I could put a new roof on my house once the roof was finished I had them come back out and put the Helmet back on. I love this product...it does what it says it supposed to do and I love the triple warranty I have on it. Its a lifetime warranty. I like that they will come out to your house once a year and inspect their product and clean your roof and gutters as needed and if they find any issues with there product they will replace it for free. The cost of this product is way less than other products out there and if you have a Costco card you can get this product put on your house for a better price.
