"Billy Don was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time for the estimate, and when I hired him to install an A/C and furnace unit he was also on time. He was thorough with his estimate, and provided great insight. He arrived on a Friday morning at 7:30 (like he said), and worked until 9:00 Friday night (2 hour and get supplies). He came back at 7:30 Saturday morning and worked till 11. Quality work was performed at all levels! Other companies stated the job could be done in about a 1/2 day. No way it can be installed correctly in a 1/2 day. When complete, he ask me to come up in the attic and he showed me everything I needed to know. He also cleaned up thoroughly when finished. He also provided 2 portable units in our home while the A/C was being replaced! To top it off, the next day I noticed I did not have any hot water. I called Billy Don and ask him could he have accidentally done something to affect the hot water heater during installation. He said that was possible, and he immediately sent his son Corey to check it out. He arrived within 30 minutes, and it was the pilot light on our hot water heater. Billy Don is a honest man, and will make sure the job is done right. I fully recommend Billy Don's Air, and will only use them for my heating and air needs. Great experience!!"
