They discuss pricing and process before the job begins to ensure we agree. They have wonderful techs, very friendly staff and whatever they do it works. Most jobs have a warranty. Which is never really needed since they come in , do the job right and leave. They are great with our guests, residents and staff. They are always on time and are dressed professionally. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."
