"Fantastic experience! I required a 2 car garage door replacement and the opener. When I ordered the door Charles made it clear it would take a while to get the door delivered due to supply chain challenges during the pandemic, but my current door was such a mess it wouldn’t open at all so, at no additional charge, he replaced the springs on the spot with a temporary set and had the door operating perfectly until the new door arrived. The installation of the new door was super smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of door and opener and of course the service of Charles and his crew. "Prolift was the first company to respond to a general online request for estimate for a replacement garage door opener. . Their estimate was very clear and easy to understand. I requested an optional battery backup for the Model 270 opener. Keith said they didnâ t have it in stock but could get it within a few days. He said that they did have the battery backup in stock for the 370 model and offered to discount the price, which I quickly accepted. Prolift technician Nathan installed the opener for us. He was punctual and knew what he was doing. He answered all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Prolift."
