He was prompt in his communications with me, The bid he gave me was the bid that he gave me over the phone. He called to let me know he was coming and showing up on time. He participated in the wrapping and loading of the furniture here in the city of Bellaire and in ensuring it made it to Austin Texas the next day. Nate and Daniel contacted my son, arrived and completed moving the pieces. My son received the furniture and said that everything was just perfect.
