"It was Sunday afternoon. I received an immediate reply and had an appointment for the next morning. The tech showed up promptly at the established time. He was very knowledgeable about the issue and went about and repaired the door and track to perfection. I was impressed by this service company. There is no charge for a visit and estimate. If estimate is accepted the tech immediately went to work. If I had rejected the estimate, there is no charge. Great people to deal with. The finished price was in line with other estimates."
