Pro Carpet Care has really great customer service and did a great job. Very nice and great follow up! The carpet repair was pretty good. Though initially we thought it was a little puffy, they came right back out and fixed the problem. They also did a good job cleaning the carpet and had a very good price.

A good job was done on the carpet stretching and cleaning. We had a couple miscommunications on what needed to be done and they had to come by more than once before the job was completed. The person who ended up doing the job did a very good job and made sure that I was satisfied with their work before they left. I would use them again if I had any carpet issues.
