It is a pleasure to recommend ArtechRoofing.com in Atlanta Georgia. Yilber Velasco at Artech Roofing was friendly, professional, honest, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Service Magic sent us three referrals for several problems with a leaky roof on our rental property in Atlanta. We are out of town and Yilber made us feel very comfortable with the process. He explained the situation in detail and he was the only one who sent us photos with the estimate. That was particularly important to us since we were not there to see the problems (even if we were in town, we wouldn't be up on the roof). His estimate seemed very fair and was considerably lower than the other two (who's prices seemed way inflated). He worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problems. Our tenants said the work he did was excellent, and they felt very comfortable having him in their home. Yilber also works as a contractor and has many skills and talents necessary for home improvement. In fact, he is currently building a house from the ground up! I have since called him for other repair jobs unrelated to roofing and he has continued to shine as a fine worker and an admirable person. I am so happy to have a person I can turn to with confidence when problems with the house arise, someone I know I can trust and who is both friendly and professional.
