"Called the day before giving an exact arrival time and what to expect. Crew arrived on time, explained the process, performed the work, and had me look in my attic as well as show me pictures of areas I wasn't able to see from the access area."

"Chase was the estimator for the project. He was by far the most impressive of all the company representatives we met with. He arrived in a marked company vehicle in clothing to do the crawling stooping & standing. He walked around in the attic doing measurements, looking at venting, the condition of the attic opening, the condition of the old insulation. The company team arrived promptly on the day of the removal of the old insulation headed by Carl. They discovered badly deteriorating fiberglass insulation underneath a compacted layer of cellulose. This slowed the project as the fiberglass required packing out by hand. During the final removal of the old insulation one of the team members accidentally stepped on the ceiling dry wall and caused a long crack. They did not attempt to hide this but reported immediately to their boss and us what had happened. The company is covering the cost of repair. Honesty is always the best policy!"
