Tom D was quick to get here, in horrible cold weather & slick roads, and was beyond professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, advised us of our choices and quickly got the repairs handled. Tom was delightful to work with, was very personable and awesome from start to finish. We'll definitely use this company again fir our next plumbing need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"Depending on the sales person that gets sent out, the experience can be phenomenal. As a young female (22) looking to remodel a house, sometimes it is hard for me to get people to take me seriously when it comes to my home remodeling projects. People try to sell me what they think is in my budget or what they think should be done to my home. The first man they sent to my house was very high pressure sales and would not give me a quote for what I wanted, which was siding. He was giving me a quote for the roof which he assumed I needed more (and would be more affordable for me). I didn't call him back, but the customer service called me about a month later to let me know they had some good siding specials and offered to send a different person out to my home. They sent Scott Harris, a young professional like myself who was easy going and easy to talk to. He got me a great deal on the siding of my dreams and there was no high pressure. He was at my house for a couple hours while I worked through my budget to make my decision and was very patient the entire time. I appreciated the fact that he saw me as a person and not as a "girl". After my first experience and after another experience with a different company, it was refreshing to be taken seriously as a well-educated person. Scott Harris is a wonderful individual to work with and when I do need a roof, I will go back to him to get one. If they had sent him out the first time, I would give the company a 5 star review. Although the work hasn't been done on my house yet, I presume that it will be of good quality, but will update my review if it's not. The work will be done around November of 2016."

"Luke responded and sent me Andy within 1.0 hr. Andy was friendly and polite and was knowledgeable. knew what to do for the problem we where having with the sump pump in the basement. Took him about 30 min. to solve the problem .The service fee was only $29.00. I will call this company again."

"Very fast, came out the next day and replaced all the plumbing for the shower and bathtub drain. They also replaced the FRP panel, fixed a leak in the kitchen faucet, replaced the copper connectors to the water heater and replaced a valve to the downstairs toilet all done in 2 days! They also referred me to an electrician and drywall person. Great job would hire again."
