"The electrician diagnosed the problem quickly, finding that the source was external to the house and contacted public service right away; it was corrected within a couple hours. The problem was a partially severed supply wire to the house. However, a secondary problem involving the doorbell only ringing intermittently, which I discussed with the electrician over the phone from work, was not addressed. A follow-up phone call to the company by me reminding them of the situation brought no results or explanation."
