We had a leaky roof, and had put off having it replaced for as long as possible. Charles from Semper West was quick to return our call, to schedule the estimate and to schedule the job. We couldn't have been more pleased with his expertise when explaining the problems with out roof and in making recommendations for the repair. He explained all of the options for each step of the process, including detailed information about costs involved. The roofers did a great job and cleaned up every scrap and bit of material from the job. We did experience one problem after the job was complete, but Charles followed up and it was fixed right away.
