During the consultation, he explained what the issues were and what was causing my roof to leak. He walked me through my options and answered all my questions which I appreciated. Day of roof install, he checked in with me throughout the day and gave me updates on the progress. His team was professional throughout the whole process. At end of the install, he showed me pictures of the roof so I could see the finished project. Overall, I appreciate how easy this process was and how helpful and professional Michael and his team were throughout."

I contacted them to install a roof on my previous home which was occupied by a tenant. They went to that home to do the estimate, and then drove to my home to explain the cost and even walked through the material they recommended installing. The price was reasonable, and they had great patience dealing with my Home Owners Association who were extremely slow in approving the roof install. While the job was in progress, the tech contacted me several times throughout the day, keeping me informed all along the way regarding the status of the job. When it was completed, they called again and provided the final update. NuLook is extremely professional, efficient and performed a quality job. I received quotes from two other roofing companies, one took several weeks to get back to me. The other needed me to come to their office in Greenbelt, Md to discuss the quote.
