"Kyle was very professional, informative, and gave us a great customer service.. When we put the heating on for the first time this year, we heard very loud noise coming out of our heating system which we felt that it was much louder than last year. We were so concerned that after reading all the review from this site, we decided to give a try with Kyle. When we called him on Friday , Kyle said that the earliest time he can come over would be next Tuesday morning. But he said he will call me next day if he has time. It meant so much to us because we were in this house only for two years and we were literally clueless about this heating system. We were very concernced. While we were out next day, he actually did call us next day and asked me whether or not we were available. What a relief!! When he came in the afternoon, the funny thing was that the loud noise we thought we heard could not be heard. We were like, oh my!!! Anyway, he was very nice enough to charge us much less than his usual service fee. We thought he was very honest in what he is doing with his business and I would definitely hire him again with other future problems we may have and I would strongly recommend to others as well.
