"My project was the removal of a very large willow tree in the corner of my yard, with a large root system invading not only my yard but my neighbors yard as well. Rick Couch and his four member crew did an outstanding job. All of them were skilled professionals, pleasant, and courteous. They took great care not to damage the lawn or fence and not to do any damage to my two adjacent neighbors properties. They ground the stump to the ground and removed the surface roots in my yard and the neighbors, and either chipped up or hauled off all logs, branches and debris. The price was fair and reasonable and far less than I had expected based on similar work I have previously had done. After the crew was on site, I asked for some trimming to be done to another large tree close to my roof. Rick added that to the work order at very reasonable cost and did that work well also. Not only I, but many neighbors gathered to watch the work being done and were also impressed with the skill and care with which the work was accomplished. If a rating could have more than 5 stars, Couch Cut Tree would deserve it!"

"I found ER Tree Service on HomeAdvisor. HomeAdvisor gave me a list of tree removal companies. I started by calling alphabetically the first name on the list which I don't remember at this time. I left my name, telephone number, and the reason as to why I was calling. I never heard back from that company. The next on the list was ER Tree Service. I left and message, and was called back within one to two hours. I spoke with Emerson from ER on Monday, September 23, 2019, and explained to him what I wanted done as it related to the tree. Emerson said that he could come out the next day, look at the tree, give me an estimate and we would take it from there. We agreed on a time and the conversation ended. Emerson showed up the next, looked at the tree, explained what his company had to do to remove the tree, and then gave me an unbelievable estimate that I could not refuse. I was expecting to pay much more. I asked Emerson how long would it take for them to do the job. He said this week. I told him he was kidding. He said no he was not. I let him know that Wednesday and Friday were not good days because they were our pick-up days for trash. He informed me that he would see if Thursday was available and he would call me back to let me know. Emerson called me back later that afternoon to confirm that Thursday was open and he and his crew would be arriving around 8am. ER Tree Service arrived around 7:45am on Thursday morning, and went to work. I watched as they removed some of the tree. They were a very professional team and the way the team worked together was great. They did an excellent job cutting down the tree, removing the branches and stumps, and cleaning up after they had finished. I was in awe and amazed when they finished to see that big tree no longer standing where it stood. Later that evening I received a call from my neighbor who said that she had been watching the ER team remove the tree and asked for their number because she had a tree that also needed to be removed. I told her how professional they were and also how reasonable their price was. I have already recommended ER to my neighbor and I will recommend them to any one who might need a tree removed. I made an excellent choice when I picked ER Tree Service and you will too."
