"We had a great experience with the company as well as the products used. The gentlemen who treated my house asked what creepy crawlers I wanted to treat for, where I had seen them and if kids and pets were in the home. They covered all the safety of spraying inside and outside with pets and little kids. We did opt-out of inside spraying for the first go around due to our wide-variety of animals. Turns out they did such a great job on the outside, that there has been no creepy crawlers inside. We have a massive deck on the back for bugs to live under, but even then, nothing inside. My kids use the garage as a hang-out space, and as young kids do, leave crumbs and juice out for days at a time. Still nothing! To say we have been happy with the service is an understatement. From beginning-to-end of our appointment, we feel 100% listened to and not just as another customer invoice on a list. Tthey explained why they are using each product and where they are applying it. They listened to my concerns with kids, pets and our deck and explained their game plan. We will only be using DFX in the future."
