"Dan did an awesome job and I'm glad he was the first person to reach out to me because he was exactly as he sounded on the phone; extremely nice. The steps it takes to properly refinish & protect a wood door are so very time consuming and inconvenient, I am 100% glad I decided to have Dan do this work. My wooden Anderson storm door that I stained and polyurethaned myself 5 years ago was weather beaten to the point that the polyurethane had peeled off and the bottom was completely unprotected. Also, the cherry stain had worn off and had turned black. I planned on refinishing it myself, but I never had the time. I signed on with Home Advisor and Dan contacted me immediately and he came by to assess the work to be done on the door, the door's glass insert, and the door's frame on the house. I was happy that he took the door and the glass insert to his shop so I did not have to deal with the dust and fumes that are produced by this work. The work consisted of sanding, multiple staining and drying tasks, applying multiple layers of polyurethane, and drying in between each application. All of this gave the door a sturdy protective finish. The door, the door's insert and the frame on the house came out great! Dan is personable and professional, and listened to what I said I needed him to do. He was in constant contact with me to tell me how the job was progressing and to ask me for my feedback. I truly, highly recommend Dan."

Communicated every step of the way before he implemented any changes. He and his crew are excellent, on time and left work site tidy at end of every workday. Best of all, Ricardo is great problem solver as we have an older deck and he worked with existing footprint to upgrade it and put down composite decking/railings and it looks wonderful."

"Mike arrived when he said he would, he carefully removed a lot of moss from my roof and cleaned white (dirty) area just below the roof. He then asked if I wanted the under part of the gutter cleaned and my front porch cleaned for a reasonable price ... I said yes! I am in a wheelchair so it was difficult for me to see what he was doing! With each part of the project he took a picture so I could see the progress. I couldn't be happier, my house looks great!! "My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "I cannot recommend Moises enough. He was clean, efficient, courteous, honest, gave a very reasonable price, and the biggest shocker of them all: he was very communicative and very easy to reach. I've worked with other contractors before, and none of them, even the high priced ones, answer the phone when you call or communicate as much as Moises. It is usually a complete pain to reach a contractor, but not Moises. He did our project quicker than expected, at the exact quoted price, and showed up right on time. He and his team were genuine nice people and were a pleasure to have come work on my home. Job site was very organized while working, very clean after they left. "A little late here. Bruno made a purchase from my business and I helped him with the install. I was impressed with him as a person and hired him and his crew to do some remodeling at my shop. My wife and I then decided it was finally time to do our kitchen and we now had our contractor. This was early/mid 2021 during the nightmare disruptions in supply chain. Bruno came over and completely designed the renovation of our 1940â s kitchen. He immediately got us in touch with cabinet, counter and appliance suppliers and everything came together seamlessly. The process was incredibly coordinated and organized as this was a major project, we even added a few other projects along the way without any wrinkles. The room completely gutted to the studs and expanded so it was a major project. The quality of work and professionalism still amazes me 2 years later and I still walk into our kitchen 2 years later and itâ s still breathtaking. This is an award winning project that is magazine worthy. Finally, at the end of each day when they leave they leave your area so clean you wouldnâ t even know that they were their working hard all day."
