"I rarely rate companies but I feel this company deserves a positive mention. First from a business standpoint I was very pleased. They were the first company to respond to my request. They presented a very competitive bid that offered pricing for either composite or wood material. They worked with me on alternatives until I made a decision. They were able to start work without a long wait. HR Renovations kept in contact with me regarding their plan and their crew stuck to the schedule. Secondly, I really liked the crew they had doing the work at my house. They were friendly but not intrusive. They worked through the day without a ton of breaks and did a very methodical and professional job. I felt very comfortable having them working around the house. Each day they picked up the work area and left it in clean and organized shape. The job was finished on time and I am very happy with the final product. I will have them back again for any additional work I need done."

Price for material and work done was very fair and less than other bids received. As far as I can tell all work was done to specs. Overall an excellent result for a big task."

"We hired Mike and his team to replace old, wood deck boards with composite boards, replace the screen around the enclosed portion of my deck, and paint the wood pickets on top of my front portico. They even sealed boards I did not get to, and that was not part of our contract. They went above and beyond, and the work they did was excellent. We are very happy with the finished product, and it all looks great. They do not leave any mess afterward either. It is good to work at a fair price. And Mike is very easy to work and communicate with, responding to all my texts and answering all my questions. Just be sure to go over the work completely, and have them finish any punch-out list before you hand over the final payment. I did have a couple of minor issues I found after the fact, and while Mike said he would come back to take care of them, he has yet to do so. It appears I will have to take care of them myself, but considering that he was thousands less than all the other estimates, this is a minor inconvenience."
